These terms cover your use of Sigma Tool Hub. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work. You do not need an account and there is no usage cap. You may not attempt to break, overload or interfere with the site, or use it to process material you have no right to handle.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We test them, but we cannot promise they are free of faults or that output will be correct for your specific purpose. Unit conversions, document layouts and file conversions should be checked before you rely on them for anything important. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Your files remain yours

Processing happens in your browser and we claim no rights over anything you put into a tool. We also never receive it, so we could not use it even if we wanted to.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including lost data or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Advertising

Pages display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control which specific ads appear and we do not endorse the advertisers. Clicking an ad takes you to a site with its own terms.

Intellectual property

The site's own code, design and written content belong to Sigma Tool Hub. You may not republish the site wholesale. Output you generate with a tool — your invoice, your signature, your converted image — is entirely yours.

Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time. Because everything runs locally, a tool you are using keeps working in an open tab even if the site changes underneath it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes fall to the Scottish courts.
