About Sigma Tool Hub

Sigma Tool Hub is a set of small, single-purpose tools that run entirely inside your browser. There are 50 of them across five categories: documents and paperwork, developer utilities, images, video and audio, and device diagnostics.

Why the tools do not upload your files

The obvious way to build a tool like this is to send the file to a server, process it, and send it back. That is easier to build and easier to charge for. It is also slower, limited by upload speed, and it means a stranger's machine holds a copy of whatever you just processed — a contract, a passport photo, an ID scan.

Modern browsers can do this work themselves. The signature pad draws to a canvas, the image compressor uses the browser's own encoder, the PDF tools work on bytes in memory. The file never crosses a network boundary, so there is nothing to trust us with. You can confirm it by opening your browser's developer tools, watching the network panel, and using a tool — you will see no request carrying your data.

What we do with the email address

Each tool offers to email you a copy of the result. That is how the site is paid for, alongside advertising. We send the result you asked for and occasional notes when new tools go live, and nothing else. The full detail is in the privacy notice.

How the tools are built

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No framework, no build step required to serve the site, and no third-party JavaScript running on the page beyond Google Fonts and — once approved — Google AdSense. Pages are generated from a single content file, so fixing a description in one place fixes it everywhere.

Accuracy and limitations

Tools that involve rules or data — unit conversions, tax-adjacent paperwork, file format handling — are built to be checked rather than blindly trusted. Where a conversion is exact, the factor is shown. Where a document has legal requirements, the tool says so. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
