PDF Page Organizer
Reorder, rotate and remove pages in a PDF, then save a new file.
A scanned form with the pages in the wrong order, a report with two pages that need to swap, a contract with one page scanned sideways — these are page-level edits, and doing them normally means finding software, an account or an upload just to move three pages around.
This reads the PDF locally, lets you move, rotate or drop pages one at a time, and rebuilds a new file from exactly the pages and order you end up with — using pdf-lib, the same PDF library the split, merge and password-protect tools on this site use for real, standards-based PDF writing.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF file — every page loads into the list below in its original order.
- Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons to move a page, ↻ to rotate it 90° at a time, or ✕ to remove it entirely.
- Press Reset order at any point to start over from the original file.
- Press Build PDF, then Download to save the result.
Questions
Does this change the original file?
No — the file you chose is only read, never modified. Build PDF creates a brand new file from the pages and order you set up; download it and the original stays exactly as it was.
Can I add pages from a second PDF?
Not in this tool — it works on a single file's own pages. Use Merge PDF first to combine files, then open the result here to reorder or trim it.
What happens to the page numbers printed on the page itself?
Nothing — those are part of the page's own content, drawn by whatever created the PDF. Moving a page in this tool changes its position in the file, not any text printed on it.
